Used Book Sale

Used Book Sale: April 23, 24, and 25, 2010 at the Midland Mall

Used Book Sales: For over a century, AAUW has been a leader in the advancement of women's education and career opportunities. Since the early 1960s, the Midland Branch has been part of this effort by recycling books through its twice-yearly used book sales. The funds generated enable the branch to collectively contribute approximately $15,000 annually to:

Underwrite four local scholarships
Donate to the AAUW Educational Foundation for fellowships, research, grants awards and community action, and
Donate to the AAUW Legal Advocacy Fund that supports women challenging sex discrimination in higher education settings.
