DEARBORN -- Once again, thousands of “previously owned” books can be purchased for peanuts as Dearborn’s AAUW Used Book Sale opens this week for three days, Sept. 17-19, at the Dearborn Ice Skating Center (DISC).
Doors will open to the public 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Thursday, 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Friday, and 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday (“bag day”). Admission is free. For a $15 fee, on the first day only, “early-birds” can pay $15 at the door Thursday to shop for two hours, 9-11 a.m., prior to the public sale. (Click here for complete story)
