Branch Dues Report Form (BDR)
PURPOSE
The Branch Dues Report Form (BDR), a listing of your annual branch members, is sent to branch finance officers each spring. It is used to remit dues for current members to national and state by July 1 each year.
PURPOSE
Branch presidents must submit this form following branch elections so all current officers receive important notices and information from the national office. Do not use this form to change your personal address; use the
Record Change Form.
If officers are changed at any time after regular elections, submit the changes using the
Officer Change Form.
DEADLINE
Complete this form no later than June 1 online or send the hand completed form to the mailing or e-mail addresses below.
Copies of this form must be submitted to the AAUW Membership Department and your state president. You should also keep a copy for your branch records.
