Branch Dues Report Form (BDR) 
 
PURPOSE
The Branch Dues Report Form (BDR), a listing of your annual branch members, is sent to branch finance officers each spring. It is used to remit dues for current members to national and state by July 1 each year.
 
Use the Additional Dues Remittance Forms (ADR) to remit dues for those members not listed on the BDR, late renewals, new members, and transfers.
 
INSTRUCTIONS
Member Services (Online)
The AAUW Member Services Database (MSD) online system provides AAUW members with the ability to update their member contact information or give an individual donation directly online (via credit card). AAUW branch members can view their branch member rosters and their state/branch officer lists. In addition, the Member Services Database Online system provides select AAUW state and branch officers access to update member records, complete Contribution Report Forms, Additional Dues Remittance Forms, Branch Dues Report Forms or Officer Listings directly online.
 
  • The online BDR Forms can be accessed and changed by the specific finance officer for that branch.
  • Member Services (Online) NOTE: A User Guide with complete instructions is provided with each section of the Member Services Database.
